Your new job
As Senior SAP AMS Logistics Consultant you will be responsible for our existing customer care in terms of support and change requests. Your main task will be to guarantee an error-free and smooth functioning of the customers‘ logistics centres. You will have to apply fast troubleshooting by monitoring the important processes and performance indicators, as well as provide a prompt provision of necessary changes. For this, you will be in close communication with your team and our developers and consultants.
Please be aware that this role is a 2nd/3rd level support role which offers a great variety of advantages: various customers of different branches (food, fashion, automotive,…), lots of insights and lots of solutions.
The place of the office is Brasov. Currently our employees are working from home. Hybrid working is possible.
What we expect
- 4 years+ of working experience in SAP Logistics (SAP EWM or SAP WM) as Support Consultant, Consultant or Developer
- knowledge of customizing and of ABAP
- willingness to provide on-call support
- very good German skills – orally and written
- good English skills – orally and written
