prismat was founded in 1991 as a spin-off of Fraunhofer-Institut for material flow and logistics in Dortmund. From the beginning designed as a consultancy for logistics tasks, prismat specialised early in implementation of SAP software in the environment of logistics.
In that process prismat did not only attend the development of warehouse management software like SAP WM (warehouse management), SAP LES (Logistics Execution System) and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) but influenced it through cooperation with SAP significantly. Since 2007 prismat  is special expertise partner of SAP in the division of supply chain execution (SCE), which includs among others LES and EWM.

Until today prismat went live with more then 30 implementations. Among our clients are reputable companies of various branches like:

In May 2008 prismat took the first EWM release 5.1 into operation, the largest and most complex installation worldwide.
